We roast every bag ourselves in Wells Branch on a vintage Diedrich drum roaster. Coffee hits its peak flavor within two weeks of roasting — that's why we do it this way.

From a Kitchen Table to Three Cafés

Malone Specialty Coffee started at a kitchen table in 2013 with a simple idea: find coffee worth drinking without anything to hide behind. Based in Austin, Texas, we search out coffees with unique and memorable flavor notes, roasting every batch on our vintage Diedrich drum roaster at our Wells Branch Roastery & Café in North Austin. Twelve years later, we're still chasing that same perfect cup.
